Our Installation Technicians work independently (typically as a two-man crew assigned to their own custom installation crane truck), enjoy working outdoors, are hands-on, mechanically inclined, construction-minded, and safety conscious. They are detailed oriented, like to solve problems, appreciate a variety of work and have a deep sense of pride and responsibility in a job well done.

Responsibilities:
- Successfully transport all signage, tools, hardware, and materials to the job-site location safely.
- Prepare the site for installation by setting up a secure safety perimeter, removing old signage (if required), and prepare the surface or structure for new signage.
- Read and understand the Sign Plan, able to effectively measure, place, and install all sign elements of the project according to the Sign Plan.
- Perform the work in accordance with all safety protocols.
- Clear debris and materials from the site after each installation.
- Clear debris and materials from company vehicles after each installation.
- Perform maintenance and repairs to signs, as needed.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment in accordance with company and safety protocols.
- Maintain all necessary communication with the Project Coordinator, and Director of Operations during the course of the installation of the project.
- Complete required daily documentation.
Obtain and maintain all required licenses in a timely manner as set forth by the company.
