Holy Family Catholic Schools in Dubuque, Iowa, is seeking a compassionate, organized System Nurse to support the health and well-being of students across our system! This full-time position follows the academic calendar and will begin in the 2026-2027 school year. 

The System Nurse provides health assessments, develops student health plans, manages chronic conditions, responds to injuries and illness, monitors immunizations, supports communicable disease control, and serves as a health resource for staff and families. This position also collaborates with school personnel and community agencies, supports emergency health protocols, and contributes to district health procedures and IEP planning when applicable.

Qualified candidates must hold an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Iowa and be CPR or BLS certified (or able to obtain certification within six months). A bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field and experience in school, pediatric, public, or community health nursing are preferred.
