Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As an LVN at La Palma Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including taking vital signs, administering medications ordered by physicians

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and physician

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities

Requirements:

• Current LVN license in the state of California

• Minimum 0 years of experience as an LVN (new graduates welcome to apply!)
