We are seeking a Workforce Coordinator take on the role in arranging staffing coverage, building working relationship with direct support staff and conduct satisfaction check ins. The position also supervises float/substitute staff and arrange for replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage. Some duties include:
- Coordinate master schedules and assuring adequate staffing in assigned agency departments.
- Coordinate substitute and float staff departments, including providing feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
- Scheduling replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage.
- Approving, tracking, and reporting various time and payroll metrics.
- Processing staff call-offs and providing coverage solutions.
- Participating in weekend on-call
Some qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a human service or business-related field, preferred.
- One to two years of prior experience of a similar scope
- One to two years supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through verbal and written mediums.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn and be proficient in scheduling software.
- Flexibility in assigned working locations and hours.
