Position Overview:

Coordinate all Family Team Decision Making Meetings including facilitating meetings, engaging families and other stakeholders in attending and actively participating, documenting meetings.

Bachelor’s degree and two years human service experience. Excellent Engagement and Clinical Skills. Highly Organized, Team-Oriented Professional, Skilled at Negotiation/Collaboration/Group Facilitation.
