Chelsea Hospitality Group (CHG) is a family-owned hospitality company based in New Jersey, dedicated to creating world-class food and beverage experiences. CHG’s latest project in Morristown, NJ involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets within a sustainably built, mixed-use property. These outlets include a ground-floor restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts.

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated On-Call Hospitality Attendant to assist with catering operations and meeting room setups in a brand new, sustainably-designed office building. In this role, you’ll focus on ensuring seamless food and beverage service for meetings and events, maintaining conference rooms and pantries. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests
  • Set up, maintain, and clean up catered meals, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, beautiful presentation, and attention to detail.
  • Stay informed and knowledgeable of all menu items and proper mise to accompany each dish
  • Prepare and organize conference rooms as well as other workplace hospitality venues
  • Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and proper appearance throughout all areas of the workplace hospitality venues
  • Collaborate with culinary, facilities, and IT teams to ensure meetings and events are setup for success and run smoothly
  • Maintain an inventory of catering and conference room supplies, restocking as needed.
  • Restock and maintain workplace pantries, ensuring cleanliness and availability of refreshments and supplies
