Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position in the Dallas area for the upcoming academic year.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with students, school teams, and families to develop and implement behavior strategies that support student success.


Role Overview

As a BCBA, you will design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs. You'll collaborate closely with educators and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes in the classroom.

  • Monday–Friday schedule aligned with school hours

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
