Location: :USA-GA, Alpharetta, Rainwater Dr (AM)  This role will work 3 days per week in our Alpharetta, GA office and 2 days a week from a home office.

This leader will manage Sales and Pre sales for high-value accounts, will drive AI, Agentic AI and automation-led solutions, and oversee a $ 170M bookings portfolio.

What will your job look like?

  • Lead and grow the services business across North America, including Telco and Financial Services sectors.
  • Pre sales and sales for strategic accounts such as T-Mobile and AT&T, ensuring client satisfaction and business expansion.
  • Drive business development and sales for sophisticated testing, automation, and AI-driven services.
  • Present solutions to clients, understand their needs, and articulate the value Amdocs brings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deal closures and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Maintain strong client-facing presence, including monthly travel within the U.S.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, growth, and operational excellence across multicultural teams.

All you need is...

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including project implementation, team management, and strategic sales.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale bookings ($170–200M) and leading high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of testing services, automation, AI, agentic AI and service delivery.
  • Experience in Telco and Financial Services industries.
  • Strong client engagement and presentation skills, especially with C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead transformation initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes.
