Server Assistants work with Servers, Greeters and Management to provide our guests with a superior experience. You are expected at all times to maintain your assigned area in a visually appealing and service ready manner.
Upon guest departure, remove all remaining dishes, glassware, silverware and napkins from table and return to dish area for cleaning.
Sanitize all table tops, chairs and booths.
Reset tables according to specifications.
Assist in the set up and break down of banquets and special events.
Promptly clean all spills in a timely manner.
Assist servers in maintaining the cleanliness of their sections.
Inspect assigned restrooms every 30 minutes. Clean and restock as needed.
Complete all opening and closing cleaning duties as assigned.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by your direct supervisor or manager.
Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 12 hours).
Be able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food weighing up to 40 pounds.
Be able to bend and reach repetitively.
Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed.
Be able to work in a fast paced high volume restaurant environment.
