What you will be doing
- Work with various hotel Associates in Food and Beverage and Catering to ensure bar service for events is correct and up to standards of quality.
- Set up portable bar with the appropriate items (as needed): garnishes, glasses, ice, all liquor requested for function, mixes, straws, napkins, etc.
- Maintain bar supplies throughout the function.
- Making really great beverages! Using POS system to ring bar purchases for guest's drinks.
