Summary/Objective:
As the sales for the newly launched tube business, you will build and expand relationships with key customers and lead the maximization of sales and profit. When necessary, you will also collaborate with the Tube Business Director and President to develop sales strategies, promote trade show and marketing activities, and contribute to optimizing our own factory operations to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Plan and execute sales strategies for the tube business (select target markets and customers, create account plans)
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with major customers
- Achieve sales and profit targets, manage KPIs, and prepare and report sales reports
- Business Launch:
- Develop new customers, deepen relationships with existing customers, and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
- Collaboration with Management and Other Departments:
- Collaborate with the Tube Business Director and President to plan and execute short- and mid/long-term sales strategies
- Negotiate prices and contracts, handle key customer accounts, and manage risks
- Sales × Factory/Production Collaboration:
- Optimize production at our own factories in line with customers’ production plans and delivery requirements (in collaboration with the production department)
- Solve issues related to quality, delivery, and cost
- Response to Quality Issues:
- Lead prompt root cause analysis and corrective actions in cooperation with relevant departments in response to customer quality complaints or defect reports
- Handle customer explanations, reporting, and apologies, and work on regaining trust
- Coordinate and resolve issues when quality problems affect sales activities, delivery schedules, or contract terms
- Trade Show & Marketing Activities:
- Plan and execute strategies for exhibiting at trade shows and industry events
- Plan and utilize marketing tools (company brochures, videos, presentation materials, etc.)
- Other:
- Participate in internal committees (risk, compliance, etc.) or special projects as needed
- Perform other duties necessary to achieve company policies and business objectives
