Responsibilities
- Safely and expertly deliver parts to customers as needed.
- Select and stage parts for customer orders.
- Craft "wow" moments for clientele by going above and beyond their expectations to ensure their utmost happiness.
- Pick up customer returns in a timely and proficient manner.
- Communicate with and educate customers on our products.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Perform daily collection of credit accounts.
- Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves and keeping a clean environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a clean abstract required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and eager to improve
- Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
