POPEYES TEAM MEMBER
The Crew Member supports daily restaurant operations by providing excellent Guest service, preparing food according to Popeyes standards, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive, respectful team environment.
Crew Members help the restaurant achieve strong performance in:
- Speed of Service
- Order Accuracy
- Guest Satisfaction
- Cleanliness & Food Safety.
Food Preparation
- Prepare food according to Popeyes recipes, procedures, and portion standards.
- Follow proper cooking times, temperatures, and food-handling requirements.
- Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Monitor hold times and adhere to food safety standards.
Restaurant Cleanliness & Organization
- Maintain a clean dining room, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Complete daily cleaning tasks and assigned side work.
- Keep workstations organized, stocked, and ready for service.
Teamwork
- Support fellow team members during busy periods.
- Communicate clearly with managers and coworkers.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment.
- Help the team meet restaurant goals and performance standards.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow Popeyes procedures and standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or quick service experience is helpful, but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a kitchen environment with heat and noise.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as cooking, assembling orders, and cleaning.
