Now Hiring: Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)



Part-time and full-time positions available

Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.



Hiring in the following locations:

South Ryegate, Hardwick, Craftsbury, Lunenburg, Greensboro, West/East Burke, Groton, Barnet, and Lyndonville



If you are compassionate, dependable, and looking for work that truly makes a difference, this role is for you. As a DSP, you'll work one-on-one with individuals who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities—supporting them in building independence, pursuing their goals, and participating in their communities.





What You'll Do:




  • Provide support and guidance to individuals in employment and community settings.

  • Help individuals develop and maintain natural support systems.

  • Foster meaningful social roles, relationships, and independence.

  • Promote dignity, respect, and empowerment in all interactions.





Qualifications:




  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred, but not required.

  • Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required.

  • Must be reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting others.



Training is provided. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds.

  • Competitive pay! $19.25 - $23.53 per hour (higher rates for LNAs)
