Job Description

Role: Project Manager 

Location: Brisbane, QLD 


 

Role Overview 

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for some of the biggest industrial builds and will play a key role in the end-to-end project lifecycle. You can demonstrate a track record of building strong positive relationships with internal TMX teams, key stakeholders, and vendors to drive impactful project outcomes that make a real difference for both our clients and TMX. What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Lead projects from early planning through to delivery and handover  
  • Work directly with clients to define requirements and shape project outcomes  
  • Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders across the full lifecycle  
  • Oversee design coordination, procurement, and construction delivery  
  • Drive programme, cost, and risk outcomes  
  • Build strong, trusted client relationships  
  • Collaborate with site teams to develop strategies, interim solutions, and funding plans 
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving  
  • Deliver clear, high-quality reporting to clients and internal stakeholders 
  • Ensure all safety and reputation standards are upheld across TMX and client environments. 

 

What You Bring 

  • Experience delivering industrial, logistics, or commercial construction projects  
  • Background working with builders, developers, or consultancies are highly regarded 
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, contracts, and stakeholder management  
  • Ability to operate confidently in client-facing environments  
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar (preferred)  
  • Experience with tools like MS Project or Procore is a plus
