Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  4. Supervise and guide nursing staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments as necessary.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and condition updates.


Qualifications:

  1. Active Registered Nurse ( RN ) certification in the state of Alabama
  2. Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
  3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Dedication to providing patient-centered care.
