• Basic carpentry, troubleshooting,
and minor guest room repair skills are preferred. 

• The ideal candidate should be a
versatile individual being able to complete a variety of maintenance tasks. 

• Able to perform manual labor tasks,
lifting/ moving tools/ furniture. 

• Work well individually as well as
in a team setting. 

• Provide quality customer service to
members and their guests. 

• Schedule will vary, must be
available for nights, weekends, holidays and occasional overtime.
