Phoenix Manufacturing is looking for a Maintenance Technician at our Glasgow, Missouri manufacturing facility.  This position is responsible for hands-on maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and facility systems within a manufacturing environment. The technician will troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, perform scheduled preventative maintenance, and support safe plant operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems within the manufacturing facility

  
  


• 
  

  Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, welders, overhead cranes, and forklifts

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect equipment for proper operation and identify potential failure risks

  
  


• 
  

  Replace worn or defective parts such as bearings, belts, motors, sensors, hoses, and fittings

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and repair facility systems including lighting, compressed air systems, and building infrastructure

  
  


• 
  

  Support installation and setup of new equipment as needed
