We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Masters Level Clinician to join us in our new In-Home Family Recovery Program, which provides in-home clinical services to families involved with Child Protection. This role delivers trauma-informed, harm-reduction-based parent-child and substance use treatment to families with young children (under age 6) using the In-Home Family Recovery (IHFR) model. The IHFR Clinician builds strong therapeutic relationships with families while supporting safety, stability, and long-term recovery.
What You’ll Do:
-Provide in-home psychotherapy and substance use treatment using the IHFR model
-Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed clinical care to a caseload of up to 12 families
-Serve as parent-child therapist for 6 families and behavioral health therapist for 6 families
-Maintain timely clinical documentation and administer standardized assessment tools (DA, ASQ, PSI, CTQ)
-Collaborate closely with Child Protection and Hennepin County Behavioral Health
-Participate in weekly consultation sessions to maintain treatment fidelity
-Facilitate and attend Social Club on a rotating basis
-Provide transportation and crisis support to participants as needed
-Build long-term therapeutic relationships through unconditional positive regard and advocacy
-Support teammates through case consultation and clinical coverage
-Apply de-escalation skills, flexibility, and creativity in dynamic environments

What We’re Looking For:
-Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
-Licensed (or working toward licensure) in Mental Health or Substance Use Disorders; -LADC preferred
-Experience in parent-child therapy, substance use treatment, and early childhood mental health
-Knowledge of harm reduction and trauma-informed approaches
-Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks
