About the Position
Choice Moving Company is hiring full-time Drivers / Foremen to lead moving crews, drive 26’ box trucks, and deliver a top-tier customer experience. We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who can lead by example, communicate well, and keep move days running smoothly. Experience is great — but we’ll train the right person quickly.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive non-CDL 26’ box trucks
- Lead a moving crew on residential & commercial jobs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Load/wrap/secure items efficiently
- Lift 75+ lbs and stay active all day
- Communicate clearly with customers & team
- Maintain safety, flow, and professionalism on every move
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs
- Leadership skills or willingness to learn
- Strong customer service + communication
- Reliable, mature, team-oriented
- Weekend availability (rotating)
- Moving experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Perks
- $20–$28/hr depending on skill & leadership
