Job Description


What You Will Do:

  • Perform secretarial duties for the Supervisor of Diagnostic/Compliance & the Supervisor of Ancillary/Health Services
  • Secretarial support for the Parent Advisory Committee (PAC), including coordination and maintenance of membership, mailings, and record keeping
  • Secretarial support for Camp Leo, including processing orders, reimbursements and processing payroll invoices
  • Provide clerical support for special education professional development activities
  • Prepare requisitions, purchase orders & invoices for billing 
  • Monitor and replenish Berrien RESA forms and test protocols
  • Editor for the special education section of the Berrien RESA website
  • Distributing facsimiles and DocuSign digital documents
  • Schedule facility room reservations and maintain a schedule for meetings
  • Serve as substitute switchboard coverage
  • Scan and file special education student files
  • Assist staff with electronic record-keeping
  • Maintain and submit mileage reports
  • Maintain materials/supply inventories
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Other duties as assigned


Works under the general supervision of the Supervisor of Diagnostic/Compliance and the Supervisor of Ancillary/Health Services.


Need to Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Secretarial experience preferred
