• Competitive hourly pay $19.65-$20.45
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (may include early mornings/late shifts or a four day work week)

Job Summary

Konrad Beverage Company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Picker to support our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately selecting products, building pallets for delivery, and ensuring inventory accuracy while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse bins using handheld scanners or pick lists
• Build and organize pallets for delivery routes
• Load and unload packages and products as needed
• Rotate products to maintain proper freshness and inventory control
• Sort, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment
• Move completed pick pallets to the scale and verify pick weight
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push carts or pallet jacks
• Work in a steady-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment

Key Skills

• Strong attention to detail to ensure pick accuracy
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Good physical stamina for active shifts
• Comfortable working around moving equipment and warehouse machinery

Qualifications

• Reliable, hardworking, and dependable
• Forklift certification required
• Ability to operate walkie rider equipment
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus
• Familiarity with product code dates is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
