To perform assembly of valves in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules, ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity targets are met.

Job Description

• Assemble valve components according to approved work instructions, drawings, and bill of materials (BOM).

• Perform torqueing, fitting, alignment, and basic mechanical adjustments using hand and power tools.

• Conduct in-process checks to ensure correct assembly and functionality.

• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

• Follow all quality procedures, including ISO / internal quality standards.

• Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming parts or assemblies

• Comply with all safety rules, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in line with 5S practices.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.

• Prior experience in mechanical assembly, valve assembly, or manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with hands-on technical skills may be considered.

• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and work instructions.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
