    The Role Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for leading, developing, and mentoring female student athletes. As a JV2 coach you will be responsible for teaching fundamental skills, basic strategies, and helping athletes understand the game. They align with the overall program to prepare players for JV and varsity levels while creating a positive, team-first environment. The coach plans effective practices, manages games with an emphasis on development, and communicates clearly with players, parents, and staff. They also ensure athlete safety, follow school guidelines, and handle basic administrative responsibilities.
     

    Role Requirements

    The ideal candidate will cultivate teamwork, sportsmanship, and player development while working collaboratively with the varsity and JV1 coaches to establish a positive and competitive volleyball program. You will work closely with the varsity head coach to design practice plans and approaches that align with the overall philosophy of the volleyball program. Additionally, you will maintain clear and consistent communication with student-athletes, parents, and staff, while upholding the highest standards of conduct, respect, and academic support for our student-athletes.
