Job Description

The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the business development and brand management team. This role bridges business development, brand management and sales You’ll support the development, organization, and continuous improvement of brand management and sales materials, custom decks.


Key Responsibilities

Process & Coordination

  • Manage the intake process for new potential brand partners including meeting calendar and materials, distribution of product samples internally
  • Attend Brand intro meetings and provide the summary notes and action items.
  • Support company CRM tools
  • Coordinate in-field category comp shops
  • Coordinate meeting follow up, product pitch meeting scheduling and on boarding handoffs.
  • Preparation of new item and competitive brand ingredients and nutritional profiles, potentially incorporating Ai tools
  • Preparation of new item value and price comparisons
  • Preparation of brand sales decks with input from Brand Directors and brand partners, as well as 1-and-3-page summary decks
  • Support Brand Director’s regular brand review meetings by gathering and coordinating relevant metrics, i.e.: sales vs projections, demo performance analysis.
  • Responsible for initiating and follow up on internal document requests (Buy Docs)
  • Publish weekly snapshot of activity upcoming by brand / region, i.e. TPD / MVM, demos, launches, buyer meetings

Sales Collateral & Content

  • Prepare sales decks and one and three page summaries using modular templates.
  • Organize and maintain core sales materials and audit templates. 

Preferred Background

  • 2-3 years in sales enablement, marketing, or business development support (broker or representative agency experience preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, deck-building platforms (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Pitch, or Beautiful.ai), and AI-assisted content creation.
  • Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality results
  • Knowledge of Costco business an advantage
