Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Programs Specialist (P3) manages the planning and execution of Neumo’s event marketing and customer marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagement programs that drive brand visibility, customer retention, and pipeline growth.

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, this role ensures programs are executed on time, on brand, and aligned with business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

This position is a key contributor to Neumo’s demand generation and customer marketing strategy by helping scale event execution, customer communications, and marketing operations.

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

      Conference & Event Support

  • Manage planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, and customer events aligned with Neumo’s marketing strategy.
  • Manage with event logistics including sponsorship deliverables, booth assets, shipping, registration, and onsite coordination.
  • Own event calendars, project timelines, and task lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking.
  • Coordinate speaker logistics and develop presentation materials in support of event programming.
  • Manage lead capture processes at events and assist with pre- and post-event reporting and follow-up with Sales and BDR teams.
  • Track event performance metrics including attendance, lead generation, and engagement.
  • Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring spending stays within approved parameters.

      Customer Marketing Support

  • Manage customer webinars, user groups, and customer engagement initiatives in partnership with Customer Success.
  • Help coordinate webinar logistics including invitations, registration pages, reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact lists and segmentation for outreach.
  • Assist with development of customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies by coordinating interviews and gathering inputs.
  • Support lifecycle communications that drive customer adoption and engagement.

       Program Execution & Operations

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across events, email, and digital channels.
  • Manage campaign coordination across Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Maintain marketing asset libraries, program documentation, and project workflows.
  • Develop and deliver reporting and analysis on program performance, including event metrics and campaign engagement.

      Communications

  • Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the marketing team as needed, following established messaging and brand standards.
  • Manage preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and program updates for internal stakeholders.

 
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing programs, event marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, webinars, or corporate events.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, GovTech, or public sector marketing environments is a plus.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality control across logistics, communications, and reporting.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales. 


Work Environment:

  • Remote or hybrid office setting with a moderate noise level.
  • The employee will work at an individual workstation, using a telephone and computer.
  • Travel required: less than 10%


Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain seated for extended periods.
  • Regular use of a computer and other office machinery, such as printers and copy machines.
  • Occasional movement around the office.
  • Must be able to lift 10+ lbs.
  • Frequent communication via online and telephone.
