Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an effective infection control program.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address infection risks.
  • Train staff on infection control best practices.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and compliance.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in infection control and/or staff development.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal infection control regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
