WildFire Energy LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Data Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our data management processes, supporting key business decisions and operational excellence.

As a Remote Data Processing Specialist, you will work closely with various departments to process and analyze data, maintaining high standards of quality and confidentiality. Key Objectives

  • Accurately process and validate large volumes of data from multiple sources.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure timely updates to databases and systems.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data sets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Input, review, and verify data entries with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks as needed.
  • Perform routine audits and quality checks to ensure data consistency.
  • Generate and maintain reports to track data processing progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in data processing, data entry, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with data management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with database systems and basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
