Description

The Lifecycle & Campaign Operations Manager reports to the VP of Marketing and is responsible for owning the execution of Firelands Scientific’s go-to-market communications across email, app, loyalty, and social scheduling. This role is accountable for ensuring campaigns are built, QA’d, scheduled, and delivered accurately and on time across all stores and states.

This is a hands-on operator role, designed for a lean, fast-moving, regulated environment.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Own day-to-day execution of the GTM calendar

·         Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns in Alpine IQ

·         Execute app pushes, SMS, and loyalty communications

·         Manage store-level duplication across OH and WV

·         Ensure accurate links, promos, pricing, and compliance

·         Primary operator for Alpine IQ

·         Own Sprout Social scheduling (execution only)

·         Partner with analytics team to ensure campaigns are tracked correctly

·         QA all campaigns prior to launch

·         Validate menus, promos, and featured SKUs

·         Ensure timing alignment across channels and in-store

·         Review basic performance weekly (open, click, engagement)

·         Make tactical optimizations (send timing, cadence, channel mix)

·         Escalate insights and risks to leadership

·         Work with Creative Manager to receive assets

·         Work with Copywriter on final copy inputs

·         Partner with Performance/Analytics team for data integrity

·         Support retail and demand planning needs tied to campaigns

·         This role is accountable for shipping.

Requirements

Relevant Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 5–8 years in lifecycle, CRM, or marketing operations
  • Previous or current cannabis industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with ESPs / loyalty platforms (Alpine IQ a plus)
  • Strong QA instincts and attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in regulated industries
  • Bias toward action and accountability
  • Experience in the cannabis industry preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a background check

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Long periods of prolonged sitting and standing
  • Long periods of prolonged use of office equipment including computers and phones
  • Requires normal range of hearing and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer
  • May require lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally

 

Work Environment:

  • Similar to a standard office setting or at times a busy manufacturing facility or warehouse
  • Constant interaction with internal and external stakeholders
