LEAD CARPENTER
As a Lead Carpenter, you will play a key role in executing remodels and new home construction projects. You’ll oversee various phases of construction while guiding other carpenters and ensuring high standards of quality are met. This is a bags-on, site-based role with leadership and supervisory responsibilities.

 
What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential construction and remodeling.
  • Strong carpentry skills in framing, exterior and interior trim, and finish carpentry.
  • Ability to manage project sites, including material coordination and subcontractor oversight.
  • High self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.
  • Familiarity with Wisconsin UDC and green building principles is a plus.
