Job Description

Manufacturing Manager

We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Manager at our Europe facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Manager –
Lead Transformation in Cleanroom Operations

Ready to turn a
manufacturing site into a predictable, high-performing operation?
At Oliver Venray, you will
lead a multi-shift cleanroom manufacturing environment through its next phase:
from reactive firefighting to structured, data-driven excellence.

You are fully accountable for
end-to-end manufacturing performance—impacting delivery reliability,
operational efficiency and ultimately patient safety worldwide.

This is not a maintenance
role. This is a build-and-transform opportunity.

Your role

As Manufacturing Manager, you
lead a multi-shift production organization operating several lines in a
regulated (GMP) cleanroom environment. You work closely with Production,
Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain to ensure safe, reliable and
efficient output.

You are both visible on
the shop floor and decisive in direction—creating clarity, structure
and accountability across teams.
You bring stability where
there is variability, and structure where there is firefighting.

What you’ll be driving:
Manufacturing performance
& leadership

  • Lead
daily operations across multiple lines and shifts
  • Translate
production targets into clear, executable plans
  • Drive
performance using KPIs such as OEE, OTIF, downtime, scrap and labor
    efficiency
  • Establish
clear standards for safety, quality and operational discipline
  • Create
a rhythm of daily management and performance follow-up

Operational excellence
& TPM

  • Lead
the implementation and embedding of TPM as a core way of working
  • Strengthen
preventive and autonomous maintenance with Engineering and Maintenance
  • Drive
structured loss analysis and root cause problem solving
  • Improve
equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
  • Build a
culture of ownership around machines and performance

    Continuous improvement
    & compliance
  • Drive
continuous improvement using Lean, TPM and CI methodologies
  • Reduce
waste, variation and inefficiencies while maintaining GMP, ISO and MDR
    compliance
  • Play a
key role in audits, NPI and cross-functional improvement initiatives
  • Ensure
improvements are sustainable and embedded, not one-off fixes

    People, strategy &
    leadership
  • Act as
a key member of the Operational Management Team (OMT)
  • Align
manufacturing priorities with site, EMEA and customer objectives
  • Own
manufacturing budgets, capacity planning and investments
  • Lead,
coach and develop Team Leads and Work Leads
  • Build a
culture of accountability, ownership and continuous learning

    Safety & culture
  • Lead by
example in creating a strong safety culture
  • Promote
proactive risk awareness and near-miss reporting
  • Ensure
safety is fully integrated into daily operations

Why join Oliver Venray

  • A role
where you can truly build and transform, not just maintain
  • Real
ownership and autonomy to shape manufacturing operations
  • Direct
impact on people, performance and patient safety worldwide
  • A
well-invested cleanroom environment with strong growth potential
  • A
down-to-earth culture with short communication lines and fast
    decision-making
  • Part of
an international company with a strong local footprint

And in addition:

  • 27
    vacation days
  • Bike
    and fitness plan
  • Fresh
    fruit and healthcare reimbursements
  • Regular
moments to celebrate progress and success

Your impact
By strengthening people,
processes and performance, you create a manufacturing environment that is
stable, compliant and reliable.

Your work directly
contributes to the quality of medical packaging used worldwide—and to the
safety of the patients who rely on it.
