Schedule: Part-Time | Weekends (7:00 AM–7:00 PM & 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $55/hour

Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our weekend leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality resident care while supporting and guiding clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee daily nursing operations
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Maintain adherence to all state and federal regulations governing long-term care
Lead by example to promote excellence in clinical care and resident satisfaction
Conduct routine rounds to monitor staff performance, address concerns, and reinforce best practices
Assist in preparing for and participating in Department of Health surveys and audits
Ensure accurate documentation and proper communication across all shifts

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license in New York State
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting
Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Dedicated to maintaining a positive, professional, and supportive work environment
