Are you interested in tax, data, and international business? Do you enjoy working with details, systems, and regulations?

We are looking for a motivated Tax Intern to join our Indirect Tax team, supporting day-to-day compliance, reporting, and process improvements in a multinational trading environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Tax Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation and review of indirect tax reports (VAT and customs).

• Data Management: Extract, reconcile, and validate data from ERP, accounting, and trading systems.

• Compliance Tools: Support uploading and processing data in tax compliance platforms.

• Documentation: Maintain tax and customs files, documentation, and audit trails.

• Research: Conduct basic VAT, customs, and invoicing research under supervision.

• Monitoring & Controls: Support checks on VAT numbers, invoices, transaction coding, and imports.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to internal projects related to tax processes, automation, and system enhancements.

• Transfer Pricing: Provide support in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with finance, accounting, and operations teams to collect required information.

What we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Taxation, Customs, or a related field

• Basic understanding of VAT, customs, excise, and transfer pricing (academic knowledge is sufficient)

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Good Excel skills and willingness to develop further

• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus

• Ability to work with data accurately and meet deadlines

• Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
