We are currently seeking creative and caring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our CLA (community living arrangement) group home teams. We have part time positions available in Allentown and Bethlehem, PA.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to provide supports to adults with developmental disabilities/Autism who live in our Lehigh Valley group homes. Our person-centered staff work with the individuals’ personal goals and help those individuals maintain or increase their level of independence and live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities by providing creative support through a variety of tasks, activities and/or community engagement.
• Provide direct services to individuals in their homes and in the community.
• Provide personal care to individuals.
• Provide the highest quality of care to individuals in helping them meet their needs.
