This position would be fostering these 4 principles through teaching students in an Elementary Classroom.

• Plans and delivers a curriculum that fosters student critical thinking.
• Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and families
• Loves students and is excited about helping students find hope for their future.
• Continuously seeks feedback and opportunities for growth, learns from mistakes, and takes steps based upon feedback
• Demonstrates a no-nonsense nurturer classroom management style.
