Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Network Administrator I responsible for supporting Grimmway Produce Group’s enterprise IT infrastructure across networking, systems, and cloud platforms. Maintaining reliable day-to-day operations, resolving user and system issues, and supporting network connectivity across corporate and operational environments. This is a hands-on, entry-level infrastructure role designed for individuals seeking to grow their skills in network and systems administration within a production environment. What You Will Need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or networking, required.
  • Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Basic routing and switching, Wireless networking and Active Directory (user and group management), required.
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), required.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows-based environments, required.
  • Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must follow established change management and access control procedures.
  • Must be able to travel to various Grimmway facilities as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
  • Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
  • Must pass background check.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or CCNA, preferred.
  • Experience with backup solutions (e.g., Veeam), preferred.
  • Exposure to PowerShell or other scripting languages, preferred.
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms, including VMware (vCenter/ESXi) and Microsoft Hyper-V, preferred.
  • Exposure to virtualization features such as VM provisioning, snapshots, and replication (e.g., Hyper-V Replica), preferred.

Total Rewards:            $30.00 - $36.00 / HOUR
