Description
SDR Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
Research and identify potential leads within the target market based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
Craft personalized outreach messages that align with Blue Sage's value proposition
Qualify leads using predefined criteria
Engage prospects in initial discovery conversations to assess fit and intent
Disqualify non-fit prospects promptly to maintain pipeline quality
Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls for the Blue Sage sales team
Coordinate calendars and send timely confirmations and reminders to prospects
Log all prospect interactions, notes, and activity in Hubspot accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and update lead and contact records within Hubspot
Submit weekly activity reports covering calls made, emails sent, and meetings scheduled
Requirements
1+ year of outbound prospecting experience (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Hands-on Salesforce or CRM experience
Available 25-35 hrs/week as an independent contractor through December 2026
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks
