Position Summary:
We are currently seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for the 8AM–2PM and 12PM–8PM shifts. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional care, maintain resident dignity, and contribute to a positive and respectful environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct resident care, including assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, mobility, etc.).

Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

Active CNA certification in the State of Connecticut (required).

Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred but not required.

Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
