Job Title: Branch Manager

Reports to: Director of Operations – North America

Location: On-site at Fairfield, New Jersey location

Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time (minimum of 8 hours per shift)

Position Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overall leadership and management of branch operations, including logistics oversight, dispatch supervision, vault supervision/management, regulatory compliance, scheduling, guard supervision/management, and team leadership for the New Jersey location. This role is accountable for operational performance, route management, financial oversight, and ensuring secure transportation standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full operational leadership and oversight of branch activities
  • Direct and oversee Dispatch operations, ensuring efficient and secure route planning and execution
  • Supervise and develop department leads including logistics, vault, dispatch, administrative teams, and guards
  • Monitor and drive improvements in route efficiency, staffing coverage, and service delivery metrics
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, DOT, and industry-specific regulations
  • Lead hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary processes in partnership with Human Resources
  • Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs, service performance, and risk management initiatives
  • Oversee internal audits and enforce adherence to all security and operational protocols
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and service quality
  • Manage branch budget, cost controls, and financial performance
  • Build and maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics, armored transportation, or high-value warehousing (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years in supervisory or management role (required)
  • Hands-on experience with dispatching, route planning, driver supervision, and scheduling (required)
  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards in secure transport environments
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards
  • Ability to complete comprehensive background check
  • Experience with operational reporting and performance management
