Job Description

Production Manager

at Reverb Films

Bend, OR

Who We Are:

Reverb Films is an award-winning video production company in Bend, Oregon. We create videos that tell exceptional stories and drive real results for brands across nearly every vertical and scale; from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies, across aviation, healthcare, bioscience, e-commerce, tech, and nonprofit.

Great work comes from great people, and we're building a team of seriously talented, seriously good humans who care deeply about the craft, sweat the details, and hold each other to a high standard without taking themselves too seriously.

About the Role:

The Production Manager owns the day-to-day organization of our active client work across project management, client communication, production coordination, and internal team alignment.

This role is responsible for turning creative direction, client priorities, and upcoming production needs into clear plans, timelines, next steps, and consistent follow-through. You’ll be the person helping keep projects on track, communication clear, and the team aligned from kickoff through delivery.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure to creative work, can manage a lot of moving pieces without losing sight of the details, and wants meaningful ownership inside a fast-moving production company.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bend, Oregon.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own project management across active client work from kickoff through final delivery
  • Lead day-to-day client communication, meeting coordination, agendas, updates, and follow-through
  • Build and manage timelines, schedules, priorities, and workflows across active projects
  • Forecast upcoming work and help plan projects against team capacity
  • Coordinate productions, including scheduling, logistics, crew coordination, and on-the-ground producing support
  • Lead onboarding for new clients and projects, including account setup, workflow organization, and strong operational setup from the start
  • Maintain clear visibility across the pipeline and keep work moving proactively
  • Own scope tracking to ensure projects stay within billable hour and budget limits
  • Lead internal check-ins and keep the team aligned around priorities, deadlines, and next steps
  • Improve and maintain internal systems, workflows, and project organization
  • Know each client’s scope inside and out so you can help clarify what we can do, what we can’t do, and what needs to happen next.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps early, then solve for them before they become larger problems
  • Act as a key operational partner to leadership by turning direction into clear, dependable execution

What Makes You a Great Fit:

You are highly organized, proactive, and naturally bring clarity and structure to fast-moving work.

  • Experience in project management, account management, producing, or a hybrid operations role
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders at once without losing details
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both clients and internal teams
  • Strong organization, ownership, judgment, and follow-through
  • Ability to stay calm, steady, and effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong instincts around priorities, timing, and tradeoffs
  • Experience coordinating productions or other complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Comfort using tools such as Monday, Asana, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, and Dropbox
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues, solve problems early, and keep momentum across projects
  • Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy and taking ownership without constant oversight
  • Experience onboarding clients, building workflows, and creating strong operational structure
  • Exposure to budgeting, scope management, and resource coordination
  • You're comfortable using AI tools as a force multiplier in your day-to-day work
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, production coordination, account management, producing, or a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Monday, Asana, and ClickUp
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in professional workflows
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $75,000

Benefits:

  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid holidays, paid holiday break, and paid birthday
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Laptop and tech package
  • Hybrid working schedule with weekly work-from-home days
  • Modern, dog-friendly office
  • Professional development and growth opportunities
