We’re looking for a Marketing Intern who wants to help us fix corporate travel (spoiler: it’s pretty broken). In this hands-on role, you’ll build workflows, set up outreach campaigns that don’t make people cringe, and create nurture automations that actually nurture instead of annoy. You’ll write marketing content with personality and work with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, and Apollo. We’re looking for a curious, driven Marketing Intern who’s excited to roll up their sleeves, experiment with new ideas, and help us connect with the businesses that keep travel moving.
This isn’t a “fetch coffee” internship. You’ll be hands-on from day one—building workflows, crafting campaigns, and figuring out solutions in real time.
What You’ll Do
- Build & optimize workflows: Design a prospect-to-lead journey that supports our sales funnel.
- Power our outreach: Help set up and fine-tune cold outreach campaigns that spark interest and drive demo requests.
- Keep prospects engaged: Create and maintain nurture automations to keep leads warm and moving forward.
- Write with impact: Craft clear, professional content for emails, landing pages, and campaigns.
- Learn & document: Pick up new tools and processes quickly—and document them so others can follow.
- Work within our stack: Gain hands-on experience with Airtable, HubSpot, ZeroBounce, Apollo, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
