Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide skilled nursing care to residents, while leading and supervising a team of nurses to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on gerontological nursing and leadership.

  • Licensure: Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.

  • Certifications: Infection Control, Wound Care, and CPR certifications preferred.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
