Hunter offers $20.50 as the starting rate with opportunities for advancement in level and pay. This position is for our 1st shift (5:45am-2:15pm, Monday-Friday)

As a PCB Assembler, you will read MOS drawings and ECO's while also receiving verbal instructions regarding work assignments.

What You�ll Do:

  • Read MOS drawings and ECO's while also receiving verbal instructions regarding work assignments.
  • Route and lace cables; Attach hardware and seals assembly.
  • Replace defective components and wiring.
  • Repair defective units rejected by inspection or test personnel.
  • Measure and cut wire, cable, outer jacket on cable, and inner wire on cable to required length.
  • Strip insulation off inner wires
  • Perform wire termination and crimp terminals on the end of wires both manually and by machine.
  • Solder terminals and plugs on the ends of wire.
  • Assemble plugs, connectors, and unique parts onto the cable or wire.
  • Wears all safety equipment, follow safety rules and supports, and promotes safety in the work areas.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as an extension to a normal workday or on weekends, as scheduled.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You�ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years cable assembly/electronic assembly experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with small components.
