POSITION TITLE:  

 

Motivated and dynamic individual for our Outside Air Filter Sales Representative team. ln this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of air filters to a diverse range of clients, including commercial, industrial, and resale customers. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. 

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

 

  • Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. 

  • Sales Generation:  

  • Actively prospect and cold call to generate new leads and opportunities 

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and market segments. 

  • Present product offerings and solutions to potential customers. 

  • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 

  • Customer Relationship Management: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. 

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate air filter solutions. 

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. 

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner 

  • Territory Management: 

  • Manage assigned sales territory effectively. 

  • Develop a strategic sales plan to maximize sales opportunities within the territory. 

  • Schedule and prioritize sales activities to optimize productivity. 

  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools. 

  • Product Knowledge and Training: 

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings. 

  • Attend product training sessions and stay informed about new products and technologies. 

  • Educate customers about the features and benefits of our air filter products. 

  • Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. 

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 

  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities 

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 

 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the HVAC or air filtration industry Physical  

Requirement and Work Environment:  

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
