We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled ERP Implementer to oversee the deployment, configuration, and integration of our Key Smart ERP system. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure the ERP software aligns with business processes, improves efficiency, and delivers value across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and map them to ERP functionalities.
Customize and configure ERP modules based on business needs.
Lead ERP implementation projects, including data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., finance, HR, sales, operations) to ensure a smooth transition.
Provide user training and create user documentation and guides.
Identify gaps in processes and recommend system enhancements.
Support post-implementation issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with the ERP vendor or internal developers for advanced customization and bug fixes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Key Smart ERP, etc.).
Strong understanding of business workflows in areas like finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with data migration and system integration is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SQL and ERP databases
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems
Ability to train users with varying technical backgrounds
