The Bar back serves as the backbone of the bar operations, providing essential support to the bartending team to ensure seamless service in a high-volume environment. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, allowing bartenders to remain focused on members and guest engagement and drink preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Inventory Management: Proactively replenish liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and ice throughout the shift.
· Maintenance & Cleanliness: Manage glassware cleaning and polishing, clear bar-top debris, and ensure all members areas remain pristine.
· Service Preparation: Execute pre-shift setup and post-shift breakdown, including prepping garnishes, juices, and essential supplies.
· Operational Support: Facilitate keg changes, manage waste removal, and respond immediately to spills or broken glass to maintain safety standards.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday from 4:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m.
