Job Description

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical 
support across our Windows, macOS, and industrial label printer environments. This role 
requires a hands-on individual who can troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and support 
end-users effectively. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Endpoint Management: 
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software for both 
Windows PCs and Apple Macs. 
Perform routine system updates, patches, and security configurations. 
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. 
Industrial Label Printer Management: 
Install, configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot a variety of industrial label printers 
(e.g. Epson). 
Diagnose and resolve issues related to print quality, connectivity, media handling, 
and software drivers. 
Perform preventative maintenance and order necessary supplies (labels, 
ribbons). 
Work with production teams to optimize printer performance and workflow. 
Network & Infrastructure Support: 
Assist with basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity). 
Support Voice systems and other communication tools. 
Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking. 
User Support & Training: 
Provide timely and effective technical support to all employees via in-person, 
phone, and remote assistance. 
Create and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting 
procedures. 
Educate users on best practices for system usage and security. 
General IT Duties: 
Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology 
implementations. 
Proactively identify and resolve IT issues to minimize downtime. 
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide 
appropriate solutions. 
Adhere to IT policies and security protocols. 
Qualifications: 
Proven experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of both Windows and 
macOS operating systems. 
Demonstrable experience with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of industrial 
label printers (please specify models or types if possible, e.g., thermal transfer, direct 
thermal). 
Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). 
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools. 
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical 
concepts to non-technical users. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in 
Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. 
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Apple Certified Support 
Professional) are a plus.
