Our product is a personal finance management app for iOS and Mac that people actually love using. Copilot takes advantage of machine learning to deliver powerful, hyper-personalized finance data insights to help users effortlessly understand and manage their spending, budgeting, and investing. We also use crowdsourced feedback to continuously improve the experience.
Apple recently named us as a finalist for the 2024 Apple Design Awards, and has named Copilot one of the best finance apps in the App Store. And we're only getting started!

The Position
We鈥檝e been able to craft a best-in-class app for iOS and Mac, and now want to bring Copilot to the web with the same level of user experience. To achieve this, we鈥檙e looking for a Senior Web Engineer to join us in the development of our new platform, and contribute to the building of an all-star Web team, of which you鈥檇 be the third member.
This is a hybrid position based in Santiago, Chile. You鈥檒l be required to come into our office at least 2 times a week along with the rest of the team. We work from home the rest of the week, but the office is always available in case you want to make use of it more often.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Product and Design teams to define and implement new features and constantly improve the ones we already have.
Maintain and improve the quality and performance of the web app.
Implement unit and UI tests for new features to maintain and improve reliability.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience working on Web apps on the frontend side
3+ years of experience with TypeScript and React
Knowledge of React frameworks and built tools
Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Experience with asynchronous request handling
An eye for good design and attention to detail
Team player who can manage time independently
English proficiency; all of our meetings and internal communications are in English

Desired Qualifications
Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
Knowledge of performance and scalability techniques
Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices
Experience with: Progress Web Apps, Google Cloud / Firebase / Firestore, Mobile apps, CI / CD systems
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly salary of CLP $3.000.000 - $3.600.000 (l铆quido).
