WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Full licensing sponsorship: we cover the cost of your Missouri insurance licenses so you can focus on learning, not logistics
- Daily hands-on coaching from a proven, experienced agent who has built exactly what you are working toward

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Highly competitive and results driven mindset
- Coachable with a strong work ethic
- Self motivated with a desire to grow professionally
- Missouri insurance license or willingness to obtain (we pay for it!)
- Must be based in the St. Louis area. This is an in office position.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their insurance needs
- Present coverage options and close new business
- Follow up consistently with leads and referrals
- Maintain a strong level of professionalism and accountability
- Learn from your mentor agent in preparation for agency ownership
