Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operation of forklifts, pumping, blending, and filling equipment.
  • Weighs material and pump ingredients into and out of blend tanks, mixing drums and totes.
  • Sanitizes all equipment, following batch records.
  • Calculates and accurately measures ingredients.
  • Accurately records production information and material usage on batch records
  • Maintains production logs as necessary.
  • Conducts in-process quality checks and provides samples for the quality lab.
  • Proficient in railcar hose connection and disconnection, including inspection, pressure awareness, and adherence to industry safety regulations.
  • Monitors equipment performance and reports deficiencies.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and training when handling chemicals, operating equipment, and performing job duties.

Requirements

  • What We’re Looking For:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience in manufacturing or production.
    • Knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and manufacturing operations 
    • Ability to follow safety procedures and work with chemicals
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

    Work Schedule:

    Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm, ½-hour lunch (some weekends as needed)
